Ugh where do I start? At the beginning of the year my goal was to put my health and fitness first. Having 2 kids is so rough, but I felt like I couldn’t keep up with them and that was so discouraging! Here we are almost 6 months in the year and I have lost 25 pounds, and have felt strong physically and mentally! I still have a very long ways to go for my goal weight but I never thought this would be possible. I’m starting to like who I am in the mirror, I’m starting to choose physical activity over sitting on my couch, I’m starting to be able to be way more active with my kids. This has really helped me to learn workouts and also choose better eating habits!
